Account & Subscription

How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the “Sign Up” or “Register” button on our website. Provide your name, email, and payment details to activate your subscription and gain full access to our database.

Is my subscription recurring?

Yes. Our billing is recurring until cancellation. You can cancel at any time directly from your account dashboard. Once canceled, you will still have access for the remainder of your current billing period.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. Simply visit your dashboard and click “Cancel Subscription.” The cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be billed again.

Do I need to be at least 18 years old to use the service?

Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform and access contact information.

Credits & Contact Access

What is a “Credit”?

A Credit is a token that allows you to unlock one contact from our database. Once a contact is unlocked, you can view all available information provided for that contact during your active subscription.

Do credits expire or roll over?

Credits that are not used within the current subscription period will expire. They do not roll over to future billing periods. Additional credits may be purchased at any time.

Can I get a refund if a contact’s information is incomplete?

Once a credit is used to unlock a contact, that credit is considered spent and cannot be refunded or replaced. We provide contact information “as-is” and do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of every data point.

Can multiple team members share one account?

No. Each individual using the platform must have their own authorized user account. Sharing login credentials is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Billing & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Your card will be billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. If your payment method fails, you may lose access until it is updated.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are offered at our sole discretion. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us using our contact form with a description of your issue. Exchange rate differences are not covered in any refund.

Will my price change in the future?

Subscription fees are subject to change. If prices increase, we will notify you in advance via email or on the website. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

What if someone else uses my account without permission?

Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your username and password, so keeping your credentials secure is very important.
